As the mango season arrives with all its glory, the fruit stalls around every corner are getting adorned with the golden yellow fruit that enchants passers-by with an alluring aroma. You can't resist buying some of the sweet and pulpy mangoes.

To make things even better, try your hands at making an easy breakfast muffin. Start your day with a bite of these soft and fluffy mango muffins and a glass of milk.

Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes
2 cups of flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 cup milk
1 egg
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Peel, chop and pulp the mangoes
Set it aside
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
In another bowl, mix oil, milk and egg
Add the milk-egg mixture to the flours
Add the mango pulp to this mixture gradually and mix thoroughly until combined
Butter the moulds/muffin pan
Transfer the batter to the moulds
Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 18-20 minutes
Garnish with mango slices or whipped cream and serve
