Ingredients
1/2 cup dark chocolate melted, with 1 tbsp cream
1/4 heaping cup white chocolate melted, with 1 tbsp cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp caster sugar
1 tsp gelatin, melted
2 tbsp brandy
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
Boil some water in a sauce pan
Add eggs and caster sugar to a bowl
Place the bowl over boiling water and beat the eggs till they turn white and fluffy
Mix dark chocolate and white chocolate with 1 tbsp liquor each in separate bowls
Add 1 tsp gelatin each into both the bowls
Add vanilla essence to the beaten egg
Divide the egg mixture into two and add to both the bowls equally
Fold it gently
Pour the mixtures alternatively to 6 shot glasses
Add two layers each in all the glasses
Keep them in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours

After they are set, garnish them using berries or mint
