Made with lots of butter, flavoured with peanut butter and loaded with oats, these cookies are both rich and healthy at the same time.
1 ½ cup white flour
1 cup salt less butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 cups quick cooking oats
Pre heat oven to 350—¦F.
Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and crunchy peanut butter to a smooth paste.
Add the eggs one by one and mix well.
Sift the white flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and keep aside.
Fold in the flour mix with the butter paste and add the oats also. Mix well.
Place spoonfuls of the dough on a baking sheet that is not greased.
Bake for 10€“15 minutes till the cookies turn brown.
Cool and store in air tight containers.
