Aloo matar tikki

Cutlets are the best way to cherish a rainy evening. With a steaming cup of tea, it could not get any better. They can multitask as an appetizer also. It is advisable to go with a green chutney or dip if you are having them for snacks. Put your apron on, it's snack time.  

Ingredients
4 potatoes
3/4 cup green peas
4 green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp oil
Salt as required

Preparation
Boil and cook potatoes and green peas and mash them together
Add green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, chaat masala, corn flour and salt to it
Mix well
Make the mixture small balls
Press them in your palms to make patties
Heat oil in a pan
Fry the cutlet till they turn light brown
Serve with tomato ketchup
