Kulfis are not that hard to make. It takes minimal effort to make a matka kulfi, which is one of the yummiest variants. Matka kulfi owes its name to kulhar, a tiny earthen pot in which it is made. Here is an easy method to make matka kulfis. Make your family go “yum” with these delicious cream cups.

Ingredients
2 cups of milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
¼ cup milkmaid
4 tsp cornflour

Preparation
Boil milk in a pan
Add sugar, milk powder and milkmaid, stir well
Add 4 tsp milk to the cornflour to make it into a paste
When sugar dissolves, add this cornflour mixture to the pan
Lower the flame and heat again for ten more minutes until the mixture thickens
Remove from stove and let it cool
Now pour it into an earthen pot and cover the mouths with an aluminum foil
Keep them in the freezer for eight hours
Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve
