Paneer-egg sandwich

Sandwiches rule the kingdom of packed lunches with their subtle ability to fill mind and tummy equally well. The sheer simplicity in making and delicacy in blend make sandwich one of the most favorite snack of all time. To add more merry, try giving an Indian twist to them with paneer and eggs. Try out this rich paneer- egg sandwich topped by an exquisite layer of fine butter and white pepper.

Ingredients
1 loaf of bread
2 carrots, grated
50 gms paneer, grated
3 eggs, boiled and sliced
3 tbsp butter
Salt as required
White pepper powder

Preparation
Slice the bread
Transfer eggs, grated carrots and paneer to a bowl
Add butter to it and mix well
Spread this mixture on one slice of bread and cover it with another
Toast the sandwich or flip-heat it on a buttered tawa
Serve with a dip or sauce and french fries
