Here's your guide to Remy's ratatouille

You don't have to wait for Remy the rat to whip up a special 'Ratatouille' for you. Here's the recipe for a try-out. Ratatouille happens to be a French dish. Ask any kid or adult who has watched Pixar's animated comedy Ratatouille and they'll tell you how it tastes, without having tasted it. It's so live. Remy's ratatouille is something special baked with vegetable pepper sauce. So put your toque on and do a Remy!

Ingredients
3 bell peppers
1 yellow squash
12 tomatoes
1 green squash
3 egg plants
1 white onion
12 garlic cloves
2 celery sticks
100 gm carrot
10 thyme sprigs
Olive oil
Pepper

Preparation
Slit the bell peppers and wash it with olive oil
Bake for 20 minutes
Chop 1 yellow squash, 6 tomatoes, 1 green squash and 3 eggplants in round slices and set aside
Whip the following ingredients in a mixer to a thick consistency
Sauté 1 white onion, 12 cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of chopped celery, 1 cup chopped carrots, 6 thyme sprigs, 6 skinned and cooked tomatoes, 1 spoon salt and roasted bell pepper in hot olive oil
Transfer the mix into an oven pan
Layer the mix with chopped vegetables
Mix 1 tablespoon chopped thyme, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper powder with olive oil and spread this over the chopped vegetables
Bake for an hour under 30°C
Ratatouille is ready, as good as Remy and Linguini's original
