Stuffed chicken breast for a protein-rich lunch

Stuff chicken breast with cheese, sweet corn, and spinach and bake it. Divine! What more can chicken lovers ask for? Protein-rich, nutrient-rich and high on potassium, stuffed chicken breast is ideal for kids and grown-ups alike. Its one tasty dish and easy to dish out too.

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
A handful of chopped spinach
100 gm sweet corn
1 tspn cream cheese
1 tbsp garlic chopped
Salt
Pepper powder
Mozarella cheese as needed
Cheddar cheese as needed

Preparation
Carve out chicken breasts in butterfly shapes and flatten it with a hammer
Rub them up with cream cheese
Heat oil in a pan
Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, spinach, 1 cup sweet corn, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper
Sauté well
Fill the chicken breasts with this mix
Spread mozzarella and cheddar cheese and turn the breasts into rolls
Sear both sides until brown
Drain them out and bake the pieces for 15 minutes under 180 °C
Serve hot
