A household quick recipe, this spicy chutney gets along famously with all kinds of dosa and even chappati.

Ingredients
2 red and ripe tomatoes
3 small onions
½ ginger, ground
10 ground dried red chillies deseeded
½ to ¾ cup, oil
Salt, as required
Sugar, one pinch

Preparation
Grind the ripe tomatoes, small onions, ginger, and dried red chillies in a mixer
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add the ground mixture to it and sauté well
When the oil starts to come out of the mixture, add salt and sugar and turn off the stove When it cools down, put it in a glass container and keep it inside the fridge
The chutney can be served with dosa or chappathi
