Colourful dosas

Dosa is undoubtedly one of the most popular Indian breakfast dishes and there are hundreds of varieties of this dish. Check out this interesting recipe of colourful dosas which look incredibly appetizing, taste amazing, and are nutritious as well.

Ingredients
2 cups raw rice
½ urad dal
½ tsp fenugreek
½ cup boiled rice
1 capsicum
1 carrot
Half of a beetroot

Preparation
Soak the raw rice and the urad dal in water for at least 4 hours
Soak fenugreek too along with urad dal
Grind the soaked urad dal first and then the raw rice
Add the boiled rice while grinding the raw rice
Mix the batters together and keep it aside for at least 8 hours for it to rise
After 8 hours, add salt and mix well
Cut the capsicum into small pieces and grind it well
Take some batter separately in a bowl and mix in the ground capsicum paste
Rub oil on a hot tawa and pour a spoon full of this coloured batter. Make dosa by flipping it
Similarly, mix the ground carrot and beetroot in separate bowls of batter and make dosas with it as well
These colourful dosas tastes amazing and can be served hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
