Ingredients
Plantain stem, as required (cut into small pieces)
Cardamom pods (optional)
1 tbsp honey (optional)

Preparation
Grind the plantain stem pieces in a blender and pass the extract through a strainer
Add the cardamom while grinding the plantain stem
Add the honey and mix well and serve.
