100 gm peanuts
Water as needed
In a saucepan, add peanuts and water and boil it for 7 minutes
Once it cools down, add this in a mixer along with the dates. Blend them properly
Into this, add thinly sliced bananas and blend them in the mixer.
Vegan milk shake is ready to be relished.
