Ingredients
1 onion
1 green chilli
1 inch ginger
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chicken masala
1 cup oats
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp corn flour
¼ cup oil
Preparation
In a bowl, add the chopped onion, green chilli and ginger
Mix well using your hands
Into it add pepper, salt and chicken masala
Now add the oats, water and corn flour (or rice flour)
Mix well and make small balls from it
Fry until golden brown and crispy in hot oil
Serve hot with ketchup.
