4 bread slices (cut off the edges)
½ cup grated carrot
½ cup grated cheese
½ cup green chutney
To prepare the green chutney add green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, grated coconut, salt, sugar, 2 tbsp yoghurt and lemon juice into a mixer jar
Grind well into smooth chutney paste
Spread butter on the bread slices
Now, spread the green chutney on two bread slices
Add the grated carrot and cheese
Place the buttered bread slice on top of it and press well
Cut the sandwich into triangles.
