Instead of using store-bought samosa sheets, it is easier to prepare your own batch at home. Here is how you could easily make samosa sheets.
Ingredients
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp oil
½ cup water
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for half an hour
Make six balls and roll them into thin sheets
Rub some oil on each sheet and sprinkle all purpose flour as well
Place three sheets together and roll again to make a single long sheet
Now, lightly bake the sheets on both the sides on a hot tawa
Separate the layers and cut into desired shapes
You could stuff the filling in these sheets and fry in hot oil.
