This easy salsa rollup filled with cheese is sure to become a holiday appetizer. Here is the recipe of tasty salsa pinwheels.

Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour/atta
½ cup oil for dough and frying
1 tbsp ajwain seeds
½ cup Salsa
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup pizza spice mix
½ cup boiled sweetcorn nibs
2 tbsp + ½ cup water Cornflour paste
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Preparation
Take the atta, salt, ajwain, oil in a bowl and knead to form firm dough. Cover it and let it rest for around 20 minutes
Make a medium-sized ball from the dough and roll it out
Spread a layer of salsa on top of the rolled dough and top it with some sweet corn and cheese
Roll it from one end to form a log shape and slice it into small circles
Flatten them, dip them in the cornflour paste and coat them with panko breadcrumbs
Heat oil in a kadai for deep-frying
Fry the pinwheels on medium heat until they turn golden
Take them out on a tissue paper and sprinkle some pizza spice mix
Serve them hot with ketchup.
