Spicy chilli paneer

Paneer is a versatile ingredient that is an amazing source of protein. Chilli paneer tastes delicious with chapathi, roti or even fried rice. Check out the recipe of chilli paneer.

Ingredients
350 gm paneer
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup corn flour
2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
200 ml oil
1 tbsp ginger-garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp green chilies
250 ml hot water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup corn flour slurry (corn flour mixed with water)
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 capsicum
1 tsp sugar
Salt as required
Water as required

Preparation
Marinate the paneer cubes with all purpose flour, corn flour, 1 tsp pepper powder, ginger €“ garlic paste and salt in a bowl
Keep the marinated paneer aside for at least 20 minutes
Fry these in hot oil and keep aside to be used later
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté chopped ginger €“ garlic
Add green chilies as well
Pour in the hot water
Mix well
Now add the soy sauce, light soy sauce and vinegar
Pour the corn slurry and mix until the gravy thickens up
Add the fried paneer cubes
Add salt as required
Give everything a good mix
Into it add the onion and the bell pepper
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on
Finally add the sugar 
Enjoy the tasty chilli paneer.
