Crunchy and healthy ginger biscuits could be easily made using wheat flour. Check out the recipe.
¾ cup wheat flour
¼ cup ghee
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 cups dried ginger powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
Mix ghee and sugar in a bowl
Sift the wheat flour, dried ginger powder, cinnamon powder and baking powder into it
Now add milk and mix into soft dough
Make small balls from the dough and press them gently
You could also cut the dough into various shapes using cookie cutters
Place the dough on a baking tray
Bake the cookies for 15 - 20 minutes in a pre heated oven of 180 degrees
Enjoy the wheat ginger biscuits with milk or coffee.
