For those who find it difficult to change their habit of eating sweets, try out this dry fruit laddu full of protein. This is a healthy dessert that can be made easily at home. This recipe was prepared by renowned fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. Let's check out the recipe. 

120 gm red dates (chopped)
2 tbsp badam powder 
2 tbsp flax seed
2 tbsp chia seed powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp raisins 
1 tbsp ginger juice
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp almond oil 
¼ cinnamon powder

Mix all the ingredients together and roll into small balls
Roll this in desiccated coconut and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Healthy protein laddu is now ready to eat
