Homemade chicken pizza

This tasty homemade pizza, loaded with chicken bits and cheese, would be loved by the young and the adults alike. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
For the pizza
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp olive/vegetable oil
½ tsp pizza seasoning
½ cup lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

For instant pizza sauce
¼ cup tomato sauce
½ tsp paprika powder
½ tsp pizza seasoning
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp olive/vegetable oil
Salt as required
For topping
100 gm grated mozzarella cheese
1 onion (finely chopped)
½ cup bell pepper (chopped)
150 gm boneless chicken
Olives as required
Jalapeno as required

Preparation
Take lukewarm water in a bowl
Add sugar in it and stir until the sugar melts completely
Add yeast, mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes
Yeast would have been raised by this time
Into this bowl add the all purpose flour, salt, pizza seasoning and oil
Mix using a hand blender or using your hands
The dough should be soft and airy
Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and cover using a piece of cloth
Keep the dough aside for at least an hour
To make the pizza sauce, mix the tomato sauce, paprika powder, pizza seasoning, chilli flakes, chopped garlic, oil and salt in a bowl
Heat a pan on medium flame and pour oil
Add the chicken pieces with paprika powder, oregano and salt
Mix well
Cook the chicken
After 1 hour, mix the dough again
Scoop out the dough and spread it into the shape of pizza base
Place the base on a tray or a flat vessel
Poke the dough base using a fork
Spread the pizza sauce on the base
Place the onion, bell pepper, cooked chicken, olives and jalapenos
Now spread cheese over it
Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 25 – 30 minutes in a pre heated oven
Cut the pizza into slices and enjoy.
