Into the boiling water add the pathiri flour bit by bit and cook it till it turns into a dough
Keep the mix closed for about five minutes and then add crushed ingredients coconut, shallots and jeera and mix thoroughly before it turns cool
Roll out the dough, one cm in thickness and cut out rings
Heat oil and when it boils well, deep fry the pathiri rings
