1 robusta banana
½ litre milk
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp almonds (crumbled)
Cut the avocado and remove the pit
Put the avocado pieces in the mixer jar
Into it, add the banana pieces, sugar and milk
Pass the shake through a sieve
Add ice cubes if required
Transfer the shake into serving glass and garnish with crumbled almonds
