Actress Reenu Mathews shares an interesting recipe of tasty oats almond milk that could be enjoyed as a healthy post work out drink.

Along with this, she eats a bowl of chia mango pudding too to keep her energy levels up.

To prepare the healthy drink, oats is cooked in almond milk and is garnished with fresh berries. Meanwhile, the pudding is prepared by soaking 2 tsp chia seeds in almond milk for at least two hours.

Adding fresh mango slices or puree would give more flavour and texture to the pudding. Her power packed breakfast platter is complete with an egg white.

She prefers having her egg whites poached in hot water or as a healthy omelet loaded with spinach and other veggies.
