3 green chillies
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper powder
3 tbsp butter
Heat butter in a pan
Add the potato pieces and sauté well
You could use par boiled potatoes too
When the potatoes are almost done add onion and tomato
Season with salt and pepper
Now add the eggs
Sprinkle finely chopped green chillies too
Close the lid and cook on low flame
