Chicken biryani puttu

Fusion food is the latest trend where different cuisines or dishes that have different flavour profiles are combined to create something unique and delicious. Ingredients
500 gms boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
2 boiled eggs
400 gms puttu powder
Salt as required
400 gms onion
25 gms ginger paste
30 gms garlic paste
30 gms green chillies
50 gms tomatoes
10 gms mint leaves
10 gms coriander leaves
5 gms curry leaves
20 gms grate coconut
10 gms carrot
50 ml ghee
5 gms garam masala
5 gms turmeric powder
15 gms coriander powder
5 gms chilli powder
5 gms pepper powder
Fried onions

Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan
Sauté green chilies, onion and salt
When the onion begin to change color, add ginger - garlic paste
Sauté until the raw smell of the ginger - garlic paste is gone
Into it add the tomatoes
Add coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder
Sauté well
Now add the chicken pieces
Pour some water and mix well
Cook on low flame
Finally, add pepper powder, garam masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves and curry leaves
Give everything a good mix
The filling for the dish is ready
Meanwhile, for the puttu, take equal amount of water as the puttu powder
Soak the powder for ten minutes before mixing
Into it add some mint leaves, coriander leaves, carrot and fried onion
Mix well
Add some grated coconut into a puttu steamer
Add some puttu powder on top
Now add the chicken masala filling
Add ½ boiled egg on top of that
Repeat the layers
Steam for a minute on high flame
Enjoy delicious biryani puttu with black tea.
