¼ kg pumpkin
2 cardamom pods
2 tbsp sugar
2 glasses cold milk
2 tbsp condensed milk / milk powder
Nuts to garnish
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces
Cook them by adding less than ¼ glass water, sugar and cardamom pods
Cook the pumpkin for at least 8 - 10 minutes
After the pumpkin has cooled down, take them in a mixer jar along with milk, sugar and milk powder
Pour the juice into a glass
Garnish the drink with chopped nuts.
