This rich and creamy tapioca stew tastes amazing with breakfast dishes like idli, dosa and chapathi. Here is the recipe.
1 small piece ginger
3 - 4 green chillies
1 cup first extract of coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
Salt as required
Peel the skin and cut into small pieces
Take the tapioca pieces, onion, green chillies and salt in a pressure cooker
Add enough water to cover the ingredients
Cook on high flame until two whistles
Add the ginger pieces
Allow the gravy to boil
Into it add the first extract of coconut milk
Now add coconut oil and curry leaves
Give everything a good mix
Delicious tapioca stew is ready.
