Rich and creamy egg malai

This mouthwatering egg malai has creamy gravy and could be enjoyed with chapathi or roti. Here is how to make it at home.
5 eggs
3 onions
¼ cup cashews
20 garlic cloves
Bay leaves
Cloves cinnamon
Pepper corns
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp cumin seed
Coriander leaves
¼ cup cream
Kasuri methi or dried fenugreek leaves

Take some water in a pan
Add sliced onions and cashews
Cook well
Now wash the cooked onions and cashews
Grind them in a mixer jar into smooth paste
Meanwhile, heat butter and oil in a pan
Add boiled eggs
Fry them well
Set them aside to be used later
Into it add finely chopped garlic, green chilies, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and pepper
Sauté well
Add garam masala, pepper powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves
Now add the onion – cashew paste
Add water and salt too
Give everything a good mix
Allow the gravy to boil
Add the fried eggs
Now add cream, chopped ginger, green chilies, kasuri methi, garam masala and pepper powder
Finally add grated egg whites of the remaining boiled egg
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Creamy egg malai is ready!
