Cool and refreshing mocktails have become popular as the summer sun blazes overhead with all its might. These drinks that are prepared using fruit extracts, soda and other refreshing ingredients could be easily made at home. Besides, they are the perfect drinks to serve to the guests too. Check out the recipes of two summer mocktails.

Sunrise mocktail
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ glass orange juice
½ glass watermelon juice
¼ glass lemon soda
Mint leaves as required
Sugar (optional)
Ice cubes as required

Cut the watermelon into small pieces and remove the seeds
Blend the watermelon pieces in a juicer or mixer jar into fresh juice
Strain the juice and set it aside
Put some mint leaves in a glass tumbler
Add lemon juice
Mix well
Now add enough ice cubes
Pour the orange juice, lemon soda and the watermelon juice
Mix well.

Strawberry-lime mocktail
2 limes (cut into small wedges)
¼ cup strawberry pieces
6 tbsp powdered sugar
Mint leaves as required
Ice cubes as required

Take the lime wedges, strawberries, mint leaves and sugar in a bowl
Crush the ingredients using a spoon and mix well
Set this mixture aside for at least 2-4 hours
Take enough ice cubes in a serving glass
Pour the mixture into the glass
Now add cold water as required
Instead of water, you could add lemon soda or regular soda.
