Here is the really simple recipe of thari dosa that could be enjoyed with meat curries on Easter.
2 cups sona masoori rice
1 cup grated coconut
Salt as required
3 cups water
4 tbsp rice flour
Oil as required
Soak the sona masoori rice for four hours
After that wash and drain the rice
Grind the soaked rice with grated coconut, salt and water in a mixer jar
Mix the rice flour in this batter
Grease the pan with some oil
Pour a ladle full of batter and spread
Sprinkle a few drops of oil on top of the dosa
Flip and cook the other side
Add some more rice flour if the batter is too loose.
