Try this tasty and healthy mango rasayanam

Mango is touted as the king of fruits. This sweet and delicious fruit is full of vitamins and other essential nutrients. Mangoes contain vitamins A and B that boosts immunity. As it contains fibres, mangoes aid digestion too. Rasayanam is a traditional drink that is prepared using the seasonal fruit. It is delicious and could be enjoyed as a nutritional drink too.

Ingredients
2 big mangoes
½ grated coconut
1 ½ cups of water
Jaggery syrup
½ tsp cardamom powder
Preparation
Take the grated coconut and 1 ½ cups water in a mixer jar
Blend well and strain
Scoop out the ripe flesh of the mangoes
Crush the mango flesh using a fork
Make jaggery syrup by melting it in some water
Add the coconut milk, jaggery syrup, cardamom powder in the crushed mango pulp
Mix well
Enjoy the gooey mango rasayanam.
