Healthy chicken salad to include in your weight-loss diet

This chicken salad is loaded with protein yet light on tummy. It is the perfect dish for those who wish to shed weight. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
¼ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp paprika powder
2 pinches of oregano
Salt as required
50 ml olive oil
70 gm Romaine lettuce
35 gm onions
50 gm cucumber
3 pinches of pepper powder
2 tbsp mayonnaise
5 gm parsley leaves
2 cherry tomatoes
2 black olives
12 gm feta cheese
10 rocket spinach (arugula)

Preparation
Marinate the chicken breast with salt, oregano, pepper and paprika
Keep it aside for 30 minutes
Shallow fry the marinated chicken in olive oil
Cut the cooked chicken into slices
Take the Romaine lettuce, onions, cucumber and parsley in a mixing bowl
Add the egg mayonnaise
Mix gently
Serve this on a salad plate
Garnish with cherry tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese
Place the chicken slices over the salad
Glaze the rocket spinach with a drizzle of olive oil
Place this over the chicken slices
