1 cup bitter gourd pieces
1 cup shallots
2 green chillies
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt as required
Add shallots, green chillies, curry leaves, lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt into the bitter gourd
Mix well using your finger for at least 5 minutes
Cook on low flame with the lid on
There is no need to add water
