Try this super easy shallots chutney

This spicy and sour shallots chutney is a flavour bomb that explodes on your taste buds. It’s the perfect side dish for rice. Here is how to cook the chutney at home.

Ingredients
25 shallots
10 dried chillies
Lime-sized ball of tamarind
2 sprigs of curry leaves
2 tbsp coconut oil
Salt as required

Preparation
Heat 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil in a thick-bottomed vessel
Lower the flame to medium before adding shallots
Sauté a bit
Add curry leaves and tamarind
Sauté well
Now add half a tablespoon of coconut oil
Add the dried chillies
Sauté well until the ingredients turn fragrant
Allow these to cool down
Grind them with some salt in a mixer jar
Delicious shallots chutney is ready!
