The succulent chicken roasted in fresh butter in rich and creamy sauce is the perfect dish to enjoy on a chilly day. The mushrooms, meanwhile, enhance the nutritional quality of it. Check out the recipe here:

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt as required
1 tsp oil
Oil to fry
1 onion
½ tsp garlic
40 gm mushrooms
1 tsp all purpose flour
Fresh cream as required

Preparation

Score the chicken pieces and marinate them with coriander leaves, chilli flakes, garlic, salt, pepper and oil

Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for at least half an hour

Heat butter in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces

In the same butter, sauté garlic, onions, all purpose flour, some water, and mushrooms

Add the pan fried chicken to it followed by fresh cream and coriander leaves

Mix thoroughly

Serve hot the rich and creamy chicken and mushrooms
