Bananas that aren’t too ripe
Salt as required
Cut the bananas into thin discs
Add these into hot coconut oil
Sprinkle some salt water when the banana chips change colour
Stir at intervals
When the chips are crunchy and cooked, scoop them out
Allow the chips to rest for a while.
