Ginger is known for its incredible medicinal properties. However, most people are sceptical to drink ginger juice as it is too spicy. Here is how to prepare delicious ginger juice. It is a great way to quench your thirst during summer while taking advantage of the many health benefits of the stem rhizome.
Ingredients
200 gm ginger
150 gms sugar
2 cardamom pods
5 mint leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Blend ginger, lemon juice, mint leaves and cardamom in a mixer jar
Strain the juice into a vessel
Now add cold water
Add sugar if required
