Fried cluster beans adds the perfect crunch to your lunch

Fried bitter gourd or chillies can add oodles of flavour to rice even if there aren’t any other curries to go with them. Cluster beans could be easily fried into crisp and they taste great.

Though the vegetable is not quite popular, it has many nutritional benefits like helping to reduce cholesterol, blood pressure levels, maintain blood flow in vessels and improve heart health.

Ingredients
100 gms cluster beans
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp corn flour
½ tsp dried mango powder or 1 tsp lemon juice
Salt as required

Preparation
Slice the cluster beans
Marinate these with all the powders
Sprinkle some water to make the masala stick on to the cluster beans
Keep them aside for at least 5 minutes
Fry them in hot oil.
