Ingredients
Sprout mung beans
Mustard seeds
Dried chilies
½ onion
Some garlic cloves
Curry leaves
Green chilies
Turmeric powder
Grated coconut

Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Splutter mustard seeds
Roast the dried chilies
Now add chopped onion
Sauté well
Add green chilies, garlic, and curry leaves
Add turmeric powder too
Sauté until the raw smell of the turmeric powder is gone
Into it add the sprouted mung beans
Pour ¼ glass of water and salt as required
Close the lid and cook for up to 4 -5 minutes
Add the grated coconut
Stir and cook until the moisture from the coconut
