Ingredients
For the chocolate cake
1 cup all-purpose flour/ wheat flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
¼ cup oil
½ cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
½ cup lukewarm water
For the chocolate mousse
1 cup whipping cream
4 tbsp melted chocolate or cocoa powder
For the chocolate ganache
150 gms dark chocolate
200 ml whipping cream
A small stick of butter
1 cup melted plain chocolate
2 tbsp nuts
3 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation
To bake the chocolate cake, mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Pour the batter into a cake tin lined with butter paper
Bake for forty-five minutes at 180 degree Celsius
After the cake has cooled down, cut them into two layers
Place one layer in the setting tin or tray
Moist the cake by sprinkling milk mixed with cocoa powder
Prepare the chocolate mousse by beating the whipping cream with chocolate or cocoa powder
Spread the soft chocolate mousse on the cake layer
Keep it in the fridge for at least ten minutes
Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate ganache by melting all the ingredients except the nuts
Spread the ganache as the next layer of the cake
Now sprinkle crumble nuts on top
Keep the cake in the fridge for another ten minutes
Pour the melted chocolate on top
Finally, dust the cocoa powder through a sieve
This cake should be kept in the fridge for at least thirty minutes
