Ingredients
For mango cake
1 cup maida/wheat flour
¼ cup mango pulp
½ cup sugar
¼ cup oil
2 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
yellow food colour (if needed)
Salt
For mango mousse
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup mango pulp
½ cup condensed milk
For mango ganache
1 cup mango pulp
1 cup white chocolate
1 cup melted plain white chocolate

Preparation
To prepare the mango cake, first, add 1/2 cup melted butter to 1/2 cup sugar and whisk it
Add 1/4 cup mango pulp to it, mix well
Add 1 cup maida/wheat and a pinch of yellow food colour
Add a pinch of baking soda and a tsp of baking powder
You will get a thick batter

Bake it in preheated oven at 180 C for 35 minutes
While it cools down, we can prepare the mousse
Beat 1 cup whipping cream well
Depending on the sweetness of the whipping cream, add more or less condensed milk also to it
Once it becomes a bit thick, add the rest of the mango pulp to it and mix it
Keep this mix in the fridge
To prepare the ganache, heat the pulp of a whole mango
Once it cooks, add 1 cup of white chocolate to it
Now, assemble the cake in a tiffin or container
Keep the cool cake first
On top of it, moisten it with condensed milk + milk mix
On top of it, spread a thick layer of the mango mousse we prepared
Refrigerate this for 10 mins
After that spread mango ganache on top of it
Refrigerate for 10 mins again
After that, microwave or double-boil some white chocolate
Spread this as a layer to the cake as the next layer
If needed, you can decorate the cake with some powdered cake piece
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy the cake
