Ingredients
½ cup onion
¼ cup grated carrot
¼ cup cucumber
¼ cup coriander leaves
1/8 cup chilli powder
½ teaspoon Chat Masala
½ teaspoon salt (as required)
6 loaves of bread
Cheese spread (as required)
Butter (as required)
Preparation
Put the vegetables into a bowl and mix it with salt, chilli powder, and chatt masala and stir it for some time.
Smear butter or cheese spread on the bread and fill it with the vegetable mix.
Spread butter on the top and toast.
