Ingredients
2 tsp chia seeds
1 glass milk/yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
Fruits of your choice
Almonds, pistachios, nuts or dates of your choice
1 drop of vanilla essence

Preparation
Take the chia seeds, milk and honey in a jar
Mix well and keep it in the fridge
This would thicken in the morning
You could add seasonal fruits to them
Mix well and add a drop of vanilla essence
Add chopped almonds, pistachios, dates or nuts as the top layer for a crunch
You could also top it up with extra fruits if interested
