Ingredients
250 gms king fish fillet slice
5 gms Kashmiri chilly powder
4 gms fennel powder
5 gms crushed black pepper
2 gms turmeric powder
Salt to taste
20 ml vinegar
2 gms chopped curry leaves
80 ml coconut oil
30 gms chopped shallots
10 gms whole red chilly paste
For garnish
Raw mango sauce
Fried whole shallots
Grilled lime
Microgreens

Preparation
Marinate the sliced kingfish with all the ingredients and keep it to rest for a minimum of 2 hours
Grill the marinated fish on a medium heat stone grill for 5 to 8 minutes
Garnish and serve with rice
