Make utterly delicious butter cakes at home this Christmas

Moist, buttery light, extremely simple, and humble butter cakes can have an effect on you that elaborate desserts won't. If also accompanied by a cup of tea, it can make your day without question. Butter cakes are also a Christmas season favorite and they can be put together without much hassle. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients
250 grams maida (refined wheat flour)
250 grams butter
250 grams sugar
5 eggs
½ kg fruits
1 ½ spoon Baking powder
½ spoon of Baking soda
150 grams of sugar caramelized mixed with egg white spices
½ spoon spices
Vanilla essence

Preparation
Mix butter, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla essence together and stir well for some time till it turns light yellow
Add in maida, fruits, baking powder, baking soda, and spices, followed by caramelized sugar and egg white
Grease a tin with butter inside and on the bottom, and pour in this mixture till it reaches half the depth
Heat the microwave oven for ten minutes at 160 degrees Celsius and place the tin in it
Take out after 50 minutes and keep the tin closed for at least half an hour
After taking it out of the tin, spread some rum or orange juice on the cake and keep it covered in foil paper
A yummy, fluffy butter cake is ready
