Sprouted green gram salad: A healthy, crunchy side-dish full of flavour and texture

Sprouted green gram is a healthy, wholesome, nutritious legume that helps raise your immunity, especially if consumed after the morning workout session with your breakfast. It also helps contain acidity and can be clubbed with your ideal weight loss strategy. The salad can be made in a flash by just mixing the ingredients without any cooking process involved. It can be perfectly shared as a side to your lunch or dinner as well or even as it is.

Ingredients
1 cup of sprouted green gram
1 cucumber
1 onion
2 green chillies
1 piece ginger
Salt as required
¼ spoon pepper powder
¼ spoon cumin seeds powder
1 lemon

Preparation
Take the bean sprouts in a salad bowl
Add in chopped cucumber and onion along with freshly squeezed juice of a lime
Season the mix by adding in the spice powders and adjust the taste to your liking
Eat it fresh with your meals or as it is, you can also add other veggies like tomatoes to it if you like the tastes
