That’s the ‘Aakkaakuzhil’ house of expatriate Jobi and his family at Kaipattoor in Pathanamthitta district. In fact, in the last three days, more than 12 lakh people have already seen the video of this house through 'Manorama Veedu' YouTube and Facebook pages. The theme of the house is a blend of colonial and Arabic. The spectacular sights begin right from the perimeter wall and gate. A spacious landscape provides grandeur to the house. There are lawns, palm trees, waterfalls, and gazebos assembled here. Similar to airports, the courtyard is arranged in such a way that you go up the ramp, park the car on the porch, and come back down. It took more than a year to complete the surrounding wall and landscape.
There is a sitting, formal living, family living, dining, private living, four types of kitchen, a pool area, two bedrooms, bathrooms, and an office on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, bathrooms, a home theatre, and a balcony. It has a total area of 10000 square feet.
When you enter the main door, you will think you have entered a spacious auditorium. It is reminiscent of the altars of the churches in Italy and elsewhere. Here the roof is shaped like a crown. The heart of the house is this triple-height dome area.

The couple has three little girls. And the bedrooms are designed according to their wishes. Pink-themed wallpaper, curtains full of cartoons, and lighting of dew drop petals all create a magical world for them.
From the balcony space, you get a good view of the landscape and the road. The upper door has the same design as the main door.
