Ahaana shares her simple and effective fitness secrets

Young starlet Ahaana Krishna is a fitness enthusiast who doesn’t compromise on her workout regimes and diet. Her fabulous energy was appreciated in movies like ‘Najn Steve Lopez’, ‘Luka’ and ‘Njandukalude Naatil Oridavela

She is consistent and committed when it comes to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. The actress believes that one could be fit even if they do minor workouts regularly. In a recent video shared on her Instagram page, Ahaana, gives a glimpse of her workout regime. She does weight training using dumbbells and some stretching and other simple exercises and planks. Certified fitness coach Vineeth Thulasidharan oversees her workout session through video call.

Ahaana says she never misses her gym training and makes sure to indulge in some sort of exercises for at least one and half hours. Cardio workouts, swimming and cross fit exercises are some of her favourites. She is an avid fan of hoola hooping and often shares videos of seamlessly balancing the hoop.

Ahaana makes sure to follow a healthy diet to complement her workout. Instead of rice, she prefers having wheat puttu for lunch. She admits that puttu is her favourite dish and is happy to eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ahaana has arranged a gym at her home so that she could easily schedule her workout sessions without going out. Her father actor Kishnakumar and sisters Diya and Ishaani too workout regularly to maintain a healthy body and mind.
