It is said that a healthy breakfast is a perfect way to start your day. And one should never underestimate the power of a sumptuous and healthy breakfast. In case you belong to those people who are influenced by celebrities' diet and lifestyle choices, following Ranveer Singh’s breakfast spread isn’t a bad idea.

Recently he shared his breakfast recipe on the ‘Ask me anything’ section on his insta page.

Ranveer’s power breakfast consists of 130 gm oats, 15 gm nuts, 5gm chocolate chips, one detox drink, probiotic drink, and Shilajit ashwagandha date balls. The highlight of this breakfast was those shilajit-date balls. Shilajit is a sticky black substance found in the rocks of the Himalayas. It grows over centuries from the slow decay of plants. Shilajit is commonly used in ayurvedic medicine. It contains minerals, antioxidants, and folic acid, and is said to create beneficial changes in the body. When you combine it with horseradish, it blocks free radicals in the body and reduces cell damage. The Shilajit-Ashwagandha combination is believed to slow down the process of aging.

They are also great for relieving stress and anxiety in the body. Numerous studies have shown that horseradish is effective in reducing the stress hormone cortisol. Shilajit on the other hand increases the production of dopamine in the brain which allows you to feel pleasure, satisfaction, and motivation.

The Shilajit-Ashwagandha combination also increases libido. Shilajit-Ashwagandha, which raises testosterone hormone levels, is used to restore male erection and treat infertility.

Not only is Ashwagandha effective in removing infections and inflammation in the body but it is also used to relieve fatigue, nourish the body and increase stamina. The Shilajit-Ashwagandha combination is also great for brain health. They help to improve memory and prevent diseases such as Alzheimer's.
