Thiruvananthapuram: With COVID-19 situation improving in Kerala, the state government has revoked an earlier order allowing work-from-home system for government employees.

The latest order issued Wednesday by the Disaster Management Department has revoked concessions granted in earlier orders from January.

The government had, by way of the earlier orders, decided to provide relief to pregnant government staff by making available to them work-from-home facilities.

As per the earlier order, the option was available for women with children below two years, pregnant employees, canceer patients and those with sever illnesses.
